Before you ask

1. Check Troubleshooting and the FAQ.

2. Note your Shellius version, how you deployed it, and the relevant backend logs:

   docker compose -f docker-compose.prod.yml logs backend --tail=200

3. Remove hostnames, tokens and anything else private before you paste.

Supported versions

Security fixes go to the current 1.5.x line. Upgrade before reporting a problem on anything older — see Upgrading.
